Stand-Alone Home Inspections
Our stand-along pre-purchase home inspections are among the most complete & comprehensive in the industry! We are fully certified with more than 20 years hands-on experience to check all the major systems and components of any residential property. We have an excellent track record for accuracy and pride ourselves on the level of repeat and referral business, often by other inspectors, that we recieve. Unfortuneately, we can only offer stand-alone (no stucco inspection) home inspections for the Athens Area (within 75 miles) unless a fuel surcharge is applied to inspection. Call for rates depending on your location in Georgia.

Did you Know???
Georgia Does Not require a Home Inspector to be licensed or even qualified???

According to the Georgia Trade practice act (Chapter 3, Title 8) enacted in 1994. "Georgia law requires home inspectors only to provide written documents (some type of "report") containing certain information with regard to inspections. This written document must include the scope of the inspection, including the structural elements and systems to be inspected, that the inspection is a visual inspection, and that the home inspector will notify, in writing, the person on whose behalf such inspection is being made of any defects noted during the inspection."

Although not a requirement in GA, David J Smith has passed the National Home Inspector licensing exam. Scroll over the link below to verify:
